aksiradio – Golden Globe Awards 2023 telah mengumumkan secara lengkap pemenang penghargaan untuk film dan program televisi Amerika Serikat, yang diberikan setiap tahun dalam sebuah acara makan malam resmi yang digelar, di the Beverly Hilton, Selasa (10/01/23) malam waktu Los Angeles.
Michelle Yeoh memberikan akting yang luar biasa lewat film Everything Everywhere All At Once. Ia pun diganjar piala Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy di Golden Globe Awards 2023.
Ini adalah nominasi pertama untuk Michelle Yeoh di Golden Globe Awards sekaligus kemenangan pertamanya. Naik ke atas panggung, sang aktris mengaku tidak percaya usahanya selama ini akhirnya membuahkan hasil. Ia bahkan jadi aktris China-Malaysia pertama yang berhasil membawa pulang piala tersebut.
Film The Fabelmans keluar sebagai pemenang kategori prestise, Best Motion Picture – Drama, dan film The Banshees of Inisherin meraih Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy.
Sementara itu, serial House of the Dragon menjadi pemenang kategori Best Television Series – Drama dan Abbott Elementary sebagai Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy.
Selain itu, Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) selaku penyelenggara Golden Globe Awards 2023 juga mengumumkan sejumlah nama yang membawa pulang piala dunia emas tahun ini, yakni Steven Spielberg sebagai Best Director – Motion Picture, dan Argentina, 1985 sebagai Best Motion Picture – Non-English Language.
